I've always been and will always be a tomboy - so more masculine, menswear inspired pieces really complete my outfits for me. This vest is really such an amazing transitional piece that can be worse so many ways. If you don't have something like this in your wardrobe, it might be in your best interest to find one. Whether you like a print or prefer something more plain and simple, the blazer style vest is perfect for playing with layers and lengths. For this look, I went with a flowing, trapeze style dress as an under-pinning, but I know this would also be a killer look with slim denim and a mock turtleneck.
